You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition with its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Each returned item will be inspected prior to refunding. If the returned item is not in new, unused, or resalable condition there may be applicable restocking fees. All credit card companies and banks post credits in a different timeline. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For any items that are returned as damaged in delivery, Verticco reserves the right to require photographs of the damaged packaging.
Call Tags & Refused Merchandise Policy
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. In cases where customer would like us to pickup the merchandise or the customer refuses the shipment, we will issue a prepaid call tag. The cost of this prepaid call tag is 10% of the total amount of the merchandise being returned, to cover the return postage fees. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the 10% initial shipping fee. Refused or Call Tag merchandise will be subject to a total of 20% of the refund amount which is a total of 10% initial shipping fee, and 10% call-tag or refusal fee.
Free Shipping Return Policy
Free shipping items that are returned will be charged the greater of 10% of the purchase price of the item or the actual cost of shipping, to offset the Free Shipping expenses. This fee is in addition to any restocking fees assessed.
